To enroll your child in the Upper Moreland After School Program, complete the Program Information and Enrollment Agreement as well as the Emergency Contact Form. Return these forms along with a $25 registration fee per student to the:

The deadline for enrollment is July 31, 2009.
However, spaces are limited and may fill prior to this date.
