Judy Brunner - Guidance Counselor

Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year!  I look forward to working with all of the children in the Upper Moreland Primary School!

The children in our Primary School have been amazing!  They enter school each day with such a positive attitude, and the walk in such a confident manner.  It is a tribute to you, the parents, for preparing your child for the changes of this school year.  Maybe you came to the open house that was offered before school began, or maybe you have been talking to your child about the many changes that were going to happen to him/her.  Being available for your child as he/she shares feelings is very important during this time of transition.  If your child is coming home tired, overwhelmed, or uncertain, these are very common emotions associated with a new routine.

Researchers say that it takes 21 days to adjust to a new routine, so keep up the positive attitude that you are conveying to your child and get ready for a fantastic school year!
