On January 1, 2009, the new Right-To-Know Law became effective, which is governed by the Office of Open Records.

In our School District, the Right-To-Know Officer (sometimes referred to as the Open Records Officer or the Public Records Officer) is the Board Secretary/Business Manager, Michael J. Braun. 

Procedure:
Download and print the Right-to-Know Request Form. Fill out your request in as much detail as possible and deliver or mail to our Right-to-Know Officer, Michael J. Braun at UMTSD Administration Building, 2900 Terwood Rd.  Willow Grove, PA  19090. 
Within 5 business days, a response will be mailed to the address on the request form.
